Purchase and Cancellation Policies

1.) Orders are accepted via our website, check and company Purchase Order when no other method of payment is available.

2.) We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Upon receipt of your check and shipping information, we will mail you the DVDs.

4.) Once an order is submitted on-line, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Merchandise may only be exchanged in the event the item is damaged or defective upon receipt and cannot be exchanged or returned for gift certificates or a cash refund.  All exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in their original product packaging. Firefighter Knowledge, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of shipping the defective merchandise back to Firefighter Knowledge, Inc.

In the unlikely event that you have received defective merchandise, please follow refund guidelines:

1.) Send an email to info@firefighterknowledge.com informing us of the intent to return defective merchandise.

2.) Return the product and all original packaging to:

3.) Firefighter Knowledge, Inc. will ship the replacement merchandise, at no charge, once it has verified that the merchandise is defective.
